Organizational Simplicity At Covenant Fellowship we desire to have an organizational structure that is as simple, noncumbersome, relational, and nonbureaucratic as possible. Thus Covenant Fellowship is not a church-program oriented congregation. Our preference is to meet together just enough to build and enjoy real Christian community, but otherwise not to tie people up at church meetings. Rather we desire to free people up to live and serve the Lord in their homes, neighborhoods, and workplaces. We have a gathering each Sunday from 10:00am until 1:00pm. During the week we are divided up into smaller fellowship communities which meet in people’s homes in the evenings. Once per month we have leadership meetings. These are our only official church functions. |
